Jack expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to work with the councillors and officers in Powys again. He also stated his commitment to continuing the focus on maintaining and improving the vital public services that the council and its partners are responsible for.

Jack brings with him over 40 years of experience in both local government and the NHS. He has served as Chief Executive of Swansea Health Board, Director of Social Services and Housing, and Chief Executive of City and County of Swansea Council.
