The outlook for the next few days is dry, with plenty of prolonged sunshine and chilly nights.

Today, Good Friday, is expected to be fine and dry, with any early mist and fog patches soon clearing. There will be plenty of lengthy sunny spells, and temperatures are set to reach a maximum of 13°C. It will feel rather warm, and the winds are expected to be lighter than usual.

Tonight will stay dry with plenty of late evening sunshine, but the clear skies overnight will allow temperatures to fall. As a result, rural areas may experience frost, and isolated mist and fog patches may develop. The minimum temperature is predicted to be 1°C.

Saturday will start with some mist and fog patches that will soon melt away to leave another dry day with bright or sunny intervals. It will feel pleasant in the sunshine, although it will be breezier than Friday. The maximum temperature for Saturday is expected to be 16°C.

Looking ahead, Sunday is predicted to be dry with hazy sunshine and breezy conditions. Overnight, rain is expected to arrive, followed by sunny spells and blustery showers on Monday. Tuesday is forecast to be unsettled, with outbreaks of rain and stronger winds.

Overall, it looks like the perfect weather for those planning outdoor activities over the Easter weekend. However, with cooler temperatures at night, it is advised to wrap up warm, especially in rural areas where frost may develop.
